Michelle Y. Doss, Ed.D., Business Consultant/Strategist of Capital Business Academy, LLC possesses extensive knowledge within the areas project-change management integration, research analysis, and business development. An advocate of leadership and relationship management dynamics, Dr. Doss has advised companies and independent clients on transformative engagement processes, which is demonstrated through empowerment and ground inquiry methods. Dr. Doss is an active participant within community and thought leadership initiatives; she served as a commencement keynote speaker for the Atlanta Center for Self-Sufficiency (ACSS) and was guest speaker for Allstate’s Insurance Company-Women’s Leadership Group, “The Dynamics of Women Leadership: Organizational Trends for the 21^st Century”. She is also affiliated with several professional and social organizations such as the Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project (WEOP), Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta (CCT), American Business Women Association (ABWA), and Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Dr. Doss holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership/Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, a Master’s in Advertising/Public Relations, and Bachelor’s in Graphic Arts from The University of Alabama – Tuscaloosa, respectively.
